Class Etiquette

•Silence or turn off mobile devices during class.

•Respect your fellow practitioners by maintaining a quiet and focused environment.

•Clean all equipment after use, including mats, blocks, and props.

Arrival Time

Please arrive five minutes before the start of class. The studio door locks five minutes after class begins, and late arrivals will not be permitted entry to avoid disrupting the experience.

Class Booking

All classes must be booked online in advance. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot and may be turned away if the class is full.

Childcare and Visitors

At this time, we do not provide childcare, and only participants are allowed in the studio during class.

Studio Policies

No Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on class packages, memberships, or services.

Please make sure to select the right package for your needs.

Late Cancel/No-Show Policy

We require 12 hours’ notice to cancel your class without penalty.

•Packages : Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiting the class.

•Unlimited Members: A $12 fee will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows

Membership Holds

We do not offer membership holds. However, you have the flexibility to cancel or schedule a cancellation at any time—no minimums or 30 days’ notice required.
