At Together Yoga & Pilates, you can find low-impact, full-body workouts that challenge both your mind and body. Our workouts are results-driven and backed by tried-and-tested exercise science. Whether you want to improve your mental stamina, increase athletic performance, or sculpt your body, we have got you covered. Our state-of-the-art studio offers a variety of classes welcoming all fitness levels. 

Our workouts are often mat work or reformer-based. We offer a range of classes suitable for different preferences and fitness goals. We offer both one-on-one sessions and group classes.

Discover the passionate duo behind 4ever Young Anti-Aging and Together Yoga and Pilates. With a 20-year age difference, Kristen and Ryan bring a unique combination of seasoned wisdom and youthful enthusiasm to the wellness community.

Ryan is a seasoned business professional with 27 years of diverse experience, enriched by his travels to over 50 countries. KP is a Health & Beauty Industry Innovator, blending her 11-year career as a freelance colorist in prominent markets such as Chicago, New York, and San Francisco, with a dedicated online health coaching practice. Together, they are committed to elevating wellness in their hometown of Frankfort.

Certified by the PhysicalMind Institute, she has offered not only classes in Pilates but also yoga and Fly Yoga. Terri’s classes are full of surprises and pack a gentle yet powerful punch. Olga Perez

Meet Olga, a yogi whose practice began over 20 years ago as a quest for health and quickly evolved into a holistic journey encompassing physical, spiritual, and healing elements. With 10 years of teaching under her belt, Olga boasts an impressive 1,000-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, including specialized training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal, and Tantra Kundalini yoga. Certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN), Olga brings a unique depth to her teachings. 

 

 

At 4ever Yoga and Pilates, Olga offers her signature class—a transformative heated flow that harmonizes traditional Ashtanga with the fluidity of Vinyasa. Each session places special focus on a unique asana, allowing for a deeper engagement and measurable progress over time.

 

Olga creates a sanctuary where the healing starts the moment you take that first conscious breath on your mat. Katie’s passion for Pilates began with her own 120-lb weight loss journey, where she discovered strength, flexibility, and confidence through movement. After five years of practice, she became an instructor to help others experience the same life-changing benefits. She believes Pilates is a powerful tool for anyone, at any stage, to build strength and reach their goals.

 


Certified through Breathe Education, Katie’s training focuses on functional movement, biomechanics, and adapting Pilates for all levels. She also specializes in rehabilitation and prenatal considerations, creating safe, personalized sessions for every client.

 


Her classes are fun, energetic, and empowering, blending strength, flexibility, and confidence-building in a supportive environment. Outside the studio, she loves cheering on her kids in lacrosse and all-star cheer and reminiscing about her college golf days—even if her swing isn’t what it used to be!

Victoria has always valued movement as an essential part of life, and her passion for Pilates led her to become an instructor to share its benefits with as many people as possible. She is currently working through a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program, continuously expanding her knowledge and skills.


In her classes, clients can expect ab- and glute-focused workouts that deliver a satisfying burn. Outside the studio, Victoria is also a hairstylist, bringing creativity and precision to both her professions. She’s excited to move with you on the mat!

Meet Cece: Fun and fitness are at the heart of what she brings to our studio. With two decades dedicated to health and wellness, Cece has enriched lives as a fitness professional, helping individuals harness their potential and become the best versions of themselves. Her journey in fitness is diverse, encompassing weight training, stretching, and aquatic exercises. Eight years ago, she enthusiastically added Pilates to her repertoire. As a former ballet dancer, she was drawn to the precise movements of Pilates, finding strength in the discipline that traditional weight lifting couldn’t offer.

 

This practice has not only improved her strength but also enhanced her endurance as a runner, proving invaluable during her ultra-marathon training. Cece is excited to share the transformative power of Pilates, helping to add a new dimension of strength and wellness to everyone’s life.

Hannah’s path to becoming a yoga instructor at Together Yoga and Pilates began in the heartful Midwest, weaving through the sun-kissed yoga communities of Tampa & St. Pete's, Florida, before coming full circle. Her journey is a testament to the transformative power of yoga, which served as both a grounding force and a source of inspiration through the academic challenges and personal growth she encountered along the way. 

 


Returning to her Midwest origins with a deepened practice and a certification in hand, Hannah now leads Flow and Restore classes, channeling the resilience, serenity, and warmth she garnered from her experiences. Her classes are a reflection of her journey, offering a blend of invigorating flows and soothing restorative practices that encourage students to explore the depths of their own paths. Hannah’s approachable and nurturing teaching style embodies the spirit of discovery and empowerment, making each session an invitation to journey towards personal wellness and inner peace.

With a background in rehabilitation, Jessica combines her expertise as a Physical Therapist Assistant and Pelvic Floor Therapist with the healing power of movement. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and has personally experienced the benefits of Pilates in managing low back pain and postpartum recovery.

 


After completing her Polestar Pilates Training, Jessica has spent the past three years helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and restore core and pelvic floor function. As a mom to a one-year-old, she understands firsthand the importance of regaining strength and balance after pregnancy. She is passionate about guiding others toward a pain-free, functional lifestyle through mindful movement.
