Meet Olga, a yogi whose practice began over 20 years ago as a quest for health and quickly evolved into a holistic journey encompassing physical, spiritual, and healing elements. With 10 years of teaching under her belt, Olga boasts an impressive 1,000-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, including specialized training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal, and Tantra Kundalini yoga. Certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN), Olga brings a unique depth to her teachings.
At 4ever Yoga and Pilates, Olga offers her signature class—a transformative heated flow that harmonizes traditional Ashtanga with the fluidity of Vinyasa. Each session places special focus on a unique asana, allowing for a deeper engagement and measurable progress over time.

Katie’s passion for Pilates began with her own 120-lb weight loss journey, where she discovered strength, flexibility, and confidence through movement. After five years of practice, she became an instructor to help others experience the same life-changing benefits. She believes Pilates is a powerful tool for anyone, at any stage, to build strength and reach their goals.
Certified through Breathe Education, Katie’s training focuses on functional movement, biomechanics, and adapting Pilates for all levels. She also specializes in rehabilitation and prenatal considerations, creating safe, personalized sessions for every client.
Her classes are fun, energetic, and empowering, blending strength, flexibility, and confidence-building in a supportive environment. Outside the studio, she loves cheering on her kids in lacrosse and all-star cheer and reminiscing about her college golf days—even if her swing isn’t what it used to be!

Victoria has always valued movement as an essential part of life, and her passion for Pilates led her to become an instructor to share its benefits with as many people as possible. She is currently working through a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program, continuously expanding her knowledge and skills.
In her classes, clients can expect ab- and glute-focused workouts that deliver a satisfying burn. Outside the studio, Victoria is also a hairstylist, bringing creativity and precision to both her professions. She’s excited to move with you on the mat!
