Ashtanga Fundementals Yoga

Flow Vinyasa

Asanas (or postures) connected through breath and fluid movements. The class will start with a warm-up, followed by a flow, and ending with a cool down. There will be a focus on breathe, alignment, and mental connection and focus throughout the practice.

Heated Power Core

A 50-minute class that combines the best of yoga, Barre, and core-focused mat Pilates in a heated environment.

Sculpt Yoga Fusion

Inspired by the CorePower Sculpt format, this class emphasizes fluid yoga sequences intertwined withItargeted strength training using body weight and light hand weights. You'll engage your core, enhance flexibility, and tone muscles through a series of challenging poses and movements designed to improve endurance and overall fitness. Barre

Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity class that combines ballet, Pilates, and strength training. It focuses on toning muscles, improving flexibility, and building endurance through small, controlled movements. Suitable for all fitness levels.

 

Barre Intensity

Our Barre Intensity class combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count.

Pilates Reformer - Intermediate 

Ready to elevate your Pilates practice? This dynamic session is designed for those who've mastered the basics or completed at least 10 ALL LEVELS Classes OR 10 Private Sessions. Stretch, Strengthen, & Relase Pilates Tower 

Our Tower Pilates class combines the resistance of the springs and bars of the tower with the precise movements of mat work to create a full body workout.

PILATES Jump Board  

Our Pilates Jump Board class is everything you love about Pilates with a little HIIT mixed in. In this dynamic session, you’ll engage with the cutting-edge Merrithew Pilates Reformer, designed to amplify your workout.
